Craig was born in Pietermaritzburg and is still an avid Shark supporter with his mother still residing in the last outpost! He is the eldest of 3 children. He matriculated in 1984 at Wartburg Kirchdorf High School where he played 1st team rugby and got colours for athletics, cricket and swimming. He completed his 2 years military training and joined the South African Police and left the service in 1993. 
He joined Safari Centre and bought his first 4x4, a Toyota Hilux 2.2, the original legend! In March 2002 he joined 4x4 Megaworld. 
Craig is currently one of the senior managers and his responsibility is servicing an existing network of dealers throughout Africa and to develop new ones.
