This mysterious trail is within the restricted diamond mine area and starts at the Konignaas Caravan Park or Noup Diver’s huts. It’s generally easier, but can be challenging at times because it’s rocky and sandy. It’s a high security area and you’re allowed entry with prior arrangement. Guides take you to visit three shipwrecks and you might even spot black oystercatchers, brown hyena or bat-eared fox. While this trail won’t really test your driving abilities, it’s steeped in history and fascinating stories.
